Simple pricing for allotment associations

Everything Allotmin does, for your whole association, for a year. Every feature, every plot, every member. There is nothing else to buy.

Neither. It's one flat fee, however many plots you have, and up to ten people on the committee can each have their own login. The only thing that changes the price is running more than one allotment site.

Associations that join before 1 October 2026 pay £35 a year rather than £49 — and keep that rate for as long as they stay with us. It's our thank-you to the associations who took a chance on Allotmin early. The rate belongs to the association, not to any one person, so it stays put when your committee changes.

The ordinary rate for your first site, then £10 a year for each additional one. So four sites is £35 + £10 + £10 + £10 = £65 a year, on one invoice. It suits committees, federations and councils that look after several allotment groups.

No — that's the point of multi-site. One account for the whole association, and you switch between your sites in a click. Each site keeps its own plots, members, waiting list, public sign-up link, website and billing year, so nothing gets mixed up, and every feature is available on every site.

Yes. Invite each committee member from Settings and they get an email to set their own password. Everyone signs in to the same association with their own email address, so nobody shares a password and you can see who recorded what. Up to ten people per association, at no extra cost.

Yes, there are three. Owners can do everything, including inviting people and closing the account. Committee members can do everything else. Viewers can look at everything but change nothing, which suits a site rep who only needs to check who holds which plot. If you run more than one site, you can also limit someone to their own.

Yes. Set up a concession, either a fixed amount or a percentage, and give it to a group of members such as Over 60s, or to one member by hand. Choose whether it comes off their rent, their other charges, or both. It appears as its own line on their invoice, never takes a bill below zero, and by default is applied again each new year for as long as they are in the group.

Yes, all of it, and there's nothing else to buy. Your website lives at your own address — yourallotment.allotmin.co.uk — and the hosting, the SSL certificate that puts the padlock in the address bar, and every update are part of your subscription. No domain to renew, no hosting company to deal with, and no maintenance.

Every Allotmin website lives at yourallotmentname.allotmin.co.uk. If your association already owns a domain, you can forward it to your Allotmin page, so anyone typing the old address lands on your website.

Yes — the technical side is handled for you. Your page has its own title and description that you write, a proper address with an SSL certificate, and structured data telling search engines you are a real organisation at a real address. It's added to our sitemap the day you publish, your photos carry descriptions, the page is quick and works properly on a phone, and every notice you post keeps it fresh — all things search engines look for. If you would rather not be found at all, one switch in your website's settings area keeps you out of search entirely.

Yes — anything in your document library can be published for visitors to download: your constitution, site rules, tenancy agreement, the minutes of the last AGM. It's one tick next to the document, and one tick to take it down again — the links stop working straight away, and the file stays safely in your library either way. Up to 20 documents per site, 5MB each.

Add sites whenever you need to — the extra £10 simply appears on your next annual invoice. If you drop back to fewer sites, your next invoice goes down to match. There are no part-years to work out either way.

No. You get 90 days free, and we don't take card details. Your first invoice arrives at the end of the trial, which gives you plenty of time to see whether Allotmin suits your association.

Just tell us and we'll extend it. We know committees meet on their own schedule.

At the end of your 90-day trial, we email one invoice for the year ahead. You then renew on that same date each year.

It makes no difference. Your year starts when your trial ends and runs a full twelve months, whenever that happens to be. There are no part-years and nothing to work out.

Nothing. Ignore the invoice, or send us a line to say so, and we'll close the account. There's no card to cancel and nothing to chase.

By bank transfer. You'll receive a proper itemised invoice with our bank details, made out to your association, with 30 days to pay.

Any time — there's no contract and no minimum term. Nothing is charged without an invoice arriving first, so if you'd rather not continue, simply tell us and we'll close the account. You keep access until the end of the year you've paid for.

We can export members, plots, and records for you, or we can delete the account permanently for you.

On secure UK servers, encrypted in transit, and kept completely separate from every other association's data.
